How long will my treatment last?Treatment time can vary from a few weeks to a few months, depending on the patient.

What techniques do you offer?Vitality Spine and Sport offers several different techniques for care. Our most utilized techniques include diversified, flexion-distraction, and thompson. However, Dr. Noah is trained in dozens of different techniques, and no individual patient is the same, so the best technique for you will be found!

What diagnostic tools do you use?X-rays, physical exams, and patient history evaluations are some common diagnostic tools.

How will you develop a customized treatment plan for me?We start by performing a detail exam and patient history to delve into the root cause of the issue. Dr. Noah will then analyze your x-rays (if necessary) along with the exam findings to determine the proper course of action. No one person is the same, and so treatments may vary, but Dr. Noah will find the solution that your body needs for long term health, not just immediate relief.

What is your training and background?Dr. Noah studied human physiology and biology at the University of Iowa then completed his doctorate at Palmer College of Chiropractic. Dr. Noah graduated from Palmer with honors, summa cum laude, with his Doctorate of Chiropractic, as well as his Bachelors Degree.​ He then accepted a preceptorship in 2022 and interned in the Chicago area. Noah accepted his first practice as Clinic Director at a business in West County. Dr. Noah has handled hundreds of patient cases and created care plans to decrease pain and improve physical function.

Is chiropractic care safe for pregnant women and children?Yes, chiropractic care is safe for both pregnant women and children. In fact, it is recommended! For pregnant women, your body is producing a lot of hormones which actually affect the structure of your musculoskeletal system. For children, rapid growth is occurring, and during the infant and toddler stages, rapid neural growth is happening. Keeping the nervous system well regulated to allow proper development is crucial!
